Spend your vacation enjoying pure peace in a spacious beach-style home just 5 minutes (walking distance) from one of the largest Golf Course facilities in the area. Ideal for golfers of all skill levels, peace lovers, nature lovers, calm vacations, and sunrise/sunset viewing.

The beach-style decorated home offers an open concept living area with high vaulted ceilings, beautiful floors, and light features around the house. The living room is equipped with a TV and an office desk and chair. The dining table can accommodate up to eight people.

The master suite offers a comfortable king-size bed to enjoy a restful night’s sleep and a TV to enjoy your favorite TV shows, as well as direct access to the pool area to ensure privacy between the master and guest suite. The master bath features an elegant oversized-shower, a side bathtub, and two separate vanities with granite countertops and plenty of cabinets.

Each bedroom is equipped with a good quality mattress and a TV. The second and third bedrooms are equipped with a queen-size bed. From the second room, you can also enjoy direct access to the pool area. The second bathroom is a jack and jill bath featuring granite countertops and a shower.

The traditional style kitchen features a center island, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and lots of cabinets. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare some tasty meals during your stay.

The calming outdoor area offers a BBQ to prepare your favorite grilled dinners, a seating area to enjoy your morning coffee, and some loungers to relax after swimming in the pool. You’ll also be able to watch the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the backyard.

Villa Sirenia requires an energy cost payment of $0.18 per KWh plus tax. A hold of $15 per day is required and will be placed on your card prior to your arrival. The actual amount will be charged after your stay based on your energy consumption.

Holidays:
No check-in nor check-out is available on December 24th, 25th, 31st, and January 1st. Please note it when placing your reservation.
